Technical Project Manager for Secure Radio Communication Systems (PMR) (m/f)

Job Description: *Airbus Defence & Space* is seeking a *Technical Project Manager* to join our department « Public Safety and Security - Program Management Office » based in *Elancourt, France*. You will be part of a team that develops secure radio communication systems (for public safety forces or major companies in the transportation and industry sectors) based on Tétrapol and MCX technologies. Within the « Project Management» team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the development of secure radio communication systems for PMR applications. Your main tasks will include: *Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets;* *Coordinating with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams;* *Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks;* *Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;* *Developing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and dashboards.* You will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
