To support our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Sustainable Road Infrastructure and Transport (m/f/d) 80-100%, ready to take on stimulating challenges within a recognized, dynamic, and deeply collaborative team.

Your Mission

• You will play a key role in managing road infrastructure projects from initial strategic thinking through to their realization.

• You will lead large-scale mandates for public and private clients, develop innovative solutions, and actively contribute to CSD's reputation throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

• In collaboration with our multidisciplinary specialists, you will participate in projects that concretely improve the living environment for current and future generations.

Your Profile

• ETH, HES civil engineer or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience in managing road infrastructure projects

• Good knowledge of the Swiss context and institutional stakeholders

• Ease in relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership, and a taste for teamwork

• A desire to share your knowledge and contribute to the development of the talents around you
