Job Title: Digital Project Manager (F/H)

You want to contribute to the digital transformation of regional transportation and improve the travel experience for Loire Valley residents

In your role as Technical Interfaces & Interoperability Project Manager, you will oversee the design, supervision, and data exchange between regional mobility systems and partner institutional and technical systems (SNCF, transporters, carpooling platforms, urban operators, etc.).

Your daily tasks will revolve around the following missions:
- Pilot projects with partners: main technical interface, project management for railway interfaces, integration testing, and technical reporting
- Pilot interoperability projects with urban partners (animation of exchanges, joint workshops)
- Design and technically follow interfaces: definition of functional and technical requirements, interface specifications, compliance with standards
- Coordinate internally: facilitate interactions between departments and ensure consistency of flows between tools (ticketing, MaaS, CRM, data lake)
- Pilot complex technical interface projects with partners (user counting for railway users, etc.)
- Project management for railway interfaces in both incoming and outgoing directions (API calls to SRD by third-party distributors - GDS, SNM,... and API calls from SRD/MaaS to external distribution systems - PAO, GITE, etc.), integration testing, technical reporting.


- Develop expertise: participation in working groups, training internal teams, documentation of interfaces

You will be able to count on your project team of around 10 people and your digital projects manager duo, who will accompany you in the success of your missions.

The ideal candidate

A higher technical education graduate with a proven experience in managing transversal projects, you master data exchange protocols and formats (NeTEx, SIRI, GTFS, GTFS Flex, GTFS Fares V2, ODS, etc.) and system integration architectures.
Curious, you possess good technical knowledge of ticketing and MaaS projects, as well as experience in setting up projects with SNCF.
You have a good understanding of mobility, including railway, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
You enjoy collaborative work and know how to federate various stakeholders in a multi-actor environment !
You wish to join a benevolent collective that favors collective problem-solving and inter-team cooperation.
Force of proposal, you overflow with ideas to contribute to the co-construction of technical solutions.
