Our portfolio of products extends from high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and tramways to integrated systems, tailored services, infrastructure, signaling, and digital mobility solutions. Joining us means joining a responsible, innovative company where over 80,000 people are shaping a greener and smarter mobility worldwide.

Could you be the Chef de Projet Ingénierie Signalisation (H/F) at Saint-Ouen that we are looking for?

Votre futur rôle

Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in project engineering signaling in a cutting-edge field. You will work with collaborative, dynamic, and passionate teams, and you will directly contribute to the design and implementation of innovative signaling solutions, respecting quality, cost, deadline, and performance (QCDP) commitments.

You will be particularly responsible for personalizing and parameterizing CBTC signaling systems, as well as supervising the activities of design, verification, integration, and testing. We will call upon you to:

  • Manage the signaling perimeter of the project and ensure its acceptance by the client.

  • Evaluate and mitigate the risks related to the engineering of the project.

  • Validate technical design choices and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Analyze project requirements and allocate developments to appropriate contributors.

  • Preside over the Change Control Board.

  • Supervise the activities of design, integration, and testing.

  • Functionally coordinate engineering teams and evaluate their performance.

  • Provide technical documents necessary for various project phases and resolve issues related to commissioning.

Votre profil

We place more importance on passion and mindset than experience. That's why we don't expect you to have all the skills. We've drawn up a list of those that, in our opinion, will help you succeed and thrive in this role:

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.

  • Experience or deep understanding of railway signaling systems, particularly CBTC.

  • Knowledge of engineering processes and project management.

  • Familiarity with applicable regulations in the rail sector.

  • Solid communication and team management skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural environment.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to resolve technical problems.

Ce que vous apprécierez

Join us for a new experience of life - the rail sector is a future-oriented industry, allowing you to develop and acquire new skills and experiences throughout your career. You will also:

  • Benefit from stability, challenges, and a long-term career without daily routine.

  • Work with technical experts and passionate professionals in a stimulating environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and qualified colleagues.

  • Contribute to innovative projects shaping the mobility of tomorrow.

  • Use our flexible, collaboration-focused work environment.

  • Orient your career in the direction you choose through functions and countries.

  • Benefit from our investment in your development through prime learning programs.

  • Progress to leadership or technical expertise roles within the company.

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic compensation system that recognizes your performance and potential, as well as comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life insurance, health insurance, pension).

It is not necessary to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you ride one of our trains with your friends or family, you will be proud. If you are ready to take on the challenge, we would like to get to know you!
