Through projects combining technologies and methodologies, you will join a dynamic team that will support you to the success of your missions.

Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a major project for the Maintenance Management of a military aircraft fleet on a fixed-price basis, with full responsibility.

As such, your role is comprehensive, and you will:

• Guarantee compliance with fixed-price service commitments: cost, deadlines, quality,
• Contribute to customer relationship management,
• Contribute to partner management,
• Ensure profitability management, invoicing, and internal reporting,
• Lead steering committees,
• Identify business opportunities

You will manage your team's work planning, supervise and train your collaborators, and ensure the development of a positive and motivating atmosphere.

You hold a degree from an Engineering school or a Master's degree (or equivalent), and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy working in a team.

You are recognized for your ability to lead and unite around a vision, for your rigor, your analytical, synthesis, and innovation skills.

You have participated in major projects with an integrator as the project lead, and have participated in one or more projects with high service commitments, possessing a good understanding of the entire management flow, either as a client-side project owner or as a supplier-side project implementer, and you have a solid technical background.
