Job description
As a Project Manager, you take charge of managing real estate projects, from construction to project reception (SIA 32 to 53), on various sites: heavy, new constructions, and renovations. Your role is to ensure global coherence, consistency, and compliance with contractual, technical, financial, and project objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of teams, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
