Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned company specializing in locksmithing, metal construction, and custom-made works, a: Locksmithing Project Manager (M/F) Responsibilities Project Studies and Preparation Analyze technical files and architect plans Carry out measurements and feasibility studies Prepare quotes and participate in project cost estimation Prepare manufacturing files and execution plans in collaboration with the technical department Participate in tenders and technical negotiations Project Management Plan the different phases of manufacturing and installation Organize and coordinate production teams, installation teams, and subcontractors Ensure financial follow-up of projects and adherence to budgets Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and contractual requirements Participate in site meetings and act as a liaison with architects, construction managers, and clients Site Follow-up Supervise the smooth running of works until acceptance Anticipate technical issues and propose suitable solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations Ensure administrative follow-up of projects and management of any additional works Profile Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a metal constructor, metal design-drafter, or equivalent training Additional training as a Project Manager, ES Technician, Federal Diploma, or equivalent experience Confirmed experience in project management in locksmithing or metal construction Good command of plan reading and metal manufacturing processes Proficiency with computer tools and drawing software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent, a plus) Organizational skills, autonomy, and excellent coordination abilities Good interpersonal skills and client orientation Benefits Flexible hours Remote work 1 day/week Offices close at 1:00 PM on Fridays Company car possibility Contact Information Do not hesitate to send us your application, it will be treated with the utmost confidentiality!
