The Defense and Security sector faces major challenges: ensuring the operational efficiency of our clients, designing and deploying secure and sovereign digital solutions, while operating in an environment where technical excellence and innovation are at the heart of our project success.

In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our committed teams and contribute to strategic digital projects dedicated to the logistical support of the armed forces.

As a Project Manager, you will be the preferred point of contact for our clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will lead all necessary actions for project success, while instilling a dynamic of continuous improvement and adaptation to our clients' challenges.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects, from scoping to delivery: workload estimation, planning, production management, risk management, financial tracking, scope and requirements management.
• Champion and share a clear project vision with clients and teams.
• Supervise, lead, and support employees in project success, fostering skill development and team autonomy.
• Analyze client needs and propose adapted solutions, in coordination with internal technical teams.
• Identify and address discrepancies, implement and manage a continuous improvement approach in compliance with contractual and financial commitments.
• Develop a lasting trusting relationship with clients, understand their business challenges, and lead operational and steering committees.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, if you wish, and participate in the construction of new offerings.

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent university degree, you have significant experience as a Project Manager.

You have experience with fixed-price projects, in IT services companies (ESN), ideally, or with a software vendor or a final client.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about project management, team leadership, and management. You are people-oriented and committed, rigorous, and enjoy teamwork.
