Project Manager CVS/CVC

For our office located in Thônex, we are currently looking for a project manager CVS/CVC. Your mission Within our dynamic team, you are responsible for leading the full range of our heating, ventilation, and sanitary services. You manage various projects (residential buildings, schools, administrative buildings, public buildings, master villas), whether it is design, dimensioning or execution of work. Your responsibilities Maintain and develop relationships with clients, commercial partners, and professional associations. Develop concepts. Direct and coordinate projects. Follow financial indicators. Execute project plans and schemes in the CVC/S domain. Participate in offer development. Contribute to CVSE coordination. Establish pre-meters and submissions. Ensure tracking of work, deadlines, and billing. Realize installation pricing for CVC/S. Your qualifications You are attracted by the infrastructure domain, dynamic, precise, and rigorous, with a logical mind and synthesis ability as well as practical sense. In-depth knowledge of CVC/S installations. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. EPF, HES, ES or equivalent title. Knowledge of Swiss standards is an asset. Mastery of usual computer tools and good knowledge of DAO/CAO software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit. Dynamism and ability to work in a team.
