For a major partner in the Canton of Fribourg, active in the execution of technical and demanding construction projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager wishing to take complete responsibility for projects, from their preparation to their final realization.

Construction Project Manager (H/F) 100%
Your responsibilities:
- Take charge of the complete management of the projects entrusted to you, from their launch to their final realization
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the different phases of the projects
- Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and ensure regular monitoring of their progress
- Coordinate different internal and external stakeholders: clients, engineers, architects, technical office, production, suppliers, and partners
- Analyze technical documents and identify any divergences or necessary adaptations
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects, including costs, additional services, and supplementary work
- Organize and lead project launch and follow-up meetings
- Coordinate steps related to planning, production, delivery, and assembly
- Conduct site visits and ensure follow-up of the proper execution of works
- Organize and document the various work acceptances
- Ensure fluid communication between all stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to your manager
- Actively participate in process improvement and the development of modern and digitized work methods
- Completed vocational training in construction, technical drawing, site management, or equivalent qualification
- Further training in project management is a real advantage
- Several years of experience in project management in the construction sector
- Experience in simultaneously managing projects of different sizes and complexities
- Very good technical understanding and excellent ability to read plans
- Knowledge of 3D design tools and CAD is appreciated
- Experience with Tekla Structures, BIM, or 3D planning tools is a serious advantage
- Good command of common computer tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Developed sense of responsibility and priorities
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Communicative, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to defend the interests of a project while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners
- Analytical, pragmatic, and commercial mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and efficiently manage unforeseen events
- Strong focus on quality, costs, and deadlines
