Bilingual Project Manager (PMP) – Technological Deployment
Opportunity for a bilingual professional holding a PMP certification and possessing 3 to 5 years of experience in managing complex initiatives in the printing industry. You will work on high-impact projects involving the deployment of office equipment, in a collaborative environment, client-oriented, and entirely bilingual.
This is what you'll get :
• Salary: $40-$44 per hour.
• Employee (company incorporated): $45-$49 per hour.
• 12-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
• Weekly schedule from 8am to 5pm.
• Remote work with access to digital tools.
Responsibilities :
• Manage the implementation of large-scale office equipment deployment projects in complex client environments.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project activities to achieve defined objectives regarding deliverables, deadlines, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure the implementation of structured communication and control plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support internal operations and service delivery teams from project start-up to final transfer.
• Break down multi-site and multi-phase projects into concrete, achievable elements.
• Develop resource allocation plans, predict contingency measures, and escalate resource constraints as needed.
• Coordinate training activities, change management, and post-installation technical support.
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders at client sites through professional communication.
• Monitor risks and apply attenuation strategies in collaboration with relevant experts.
• Ensure project progress tracking, anticipate obstacles, and resolve issues effectively.
• Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
This is what you'll need to succeed :
• PMP certification mandatory.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (asset).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the printing, IT, or telecommunications sectors.
• Proven experience in managing technological deployments or office equipment deployment projects.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project tracking skills for complex projects.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid client management, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• High professionalism, maturity, and business acumen.
• Bilingual French-English required to support internal and external stakeholder communications, project coordination, and documentation in a bilingual environment.
