As part of replacing one of our employees, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to participate in the development of our Oxford & Lecas ranges.

Your mission

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the development of the Oxford & Lecas ranges and actively participate in their commercial performance during the strategic seasons of the back-to-school period and year-end. As such, you will be involved in:

Product Development and Range Management:

· Participate in identifying market trends and consumer expectations;

· Contribute to defining innovations and monitoring product launches;

· Manage marketing tools (collection plans, product databases, PIM);

· Develop product descriptions, visuals, and sales arguments;

· Manage product samples and mock-ups.

Performance Analysis and Monitoring:

· Track sales, market share, margins, and performance indicators;

· Conduct market analyses and regular competitive intelligence;

· Formulate recommendations and propose corrective actions.

Commercial Activation and Communication:

· Support sales teams in their development efforts;

· Participate in internal presentations and client meetings;

· Contribute to the creation of catalogs, marketing materials, and digital content;

· Participate in the organization and management of trade shows, events, and webinars.

Cross-functional Coordination:

· Work in close collaboration with the Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Digital Marketing teams, as well as with our suppliers and external partners.

The profile we are looking for

🎓 Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business School, Marketing Master's, or equivalent

📈 First successful experience of at least 2 years in work-study programs or long internships as an Assistant Product Manager in the consumer goods sector

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

✍️ Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling

🌍 Professional English required

What we offer you
