Job description

LIANAKA is a subsidiary of the Fondasol Group, specialists in construction consulting engineering.

Combining the best of soil data, AI, and human analysis in a technologically advanced platform, to enable construction project stakeholders to anticipate risks and seize opportunities related to the environmental context of their project sites: this is LIANAKA's commitment.

From land acquisition, our platform provides construction stakeholders with direct access to comprehensive, qualified, and concise information on soil risks and opportunities.

Each project phase also presents an opportunity to optimize technical assumptions and construction solutions.

The direct benefits for our clients? Optimized reliability of soil data, covering water, soil pollution, geotechnics, and geothermal criteria. Better anticipation and control of their projects. Faster decision-making. Immediate identification of financial gains. Contribution to the environmental footprint of projects. All within a user-friendly and agile digital environment.

Be the strategic pivot of our digital transformation: between technical expertise and commercial performance, drive the success of a SaaS solution that revolutionizes construction risk analysis.

The Project

As part of our digital development, the FONDASOL Group has deployed LIANAKA, an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to modeling and analyzing subsoil risks. It offers construction stakeholders reliable, fast, and optimized information upstream of their projects.

Your Missions

As Product Manager, you are the conductor of this solution, and your role is cross-functional:

  1. Understand the field and our clients' needs

  2. Oversee the technical aspects and evolution of the platform

  3. Boost the business and commercialization of this tool

Reporting to the Sales Department and under the responsibility of the Head of the Digital Subsidiary, you are at the heart of our growth and digital transformation strategy.

  • You gather and analyze client needs: understanding the uses and constraints of developers, civil engineering companies, local authorities, land developers, or any stakeholder needing to anticipate subsoil risks in their projects.

  • You transform user needs into clear functional specifications and make decisions on high-value-added features.

  • You champion the vision and roadmap of the SaaS platform and oversee product evolution from conception to deployment.

  • You work hand-in-hand with technical teams (Development, Data, IT, etc.) and ensure the perfect alignment between technical constraints and business objectives.
  • You drive product growth by contributing to its commercial strategy and sales pitches, while supporting marketing and sales teams in launching new features and optimizing performance through KPI monitoring (adoption, usage, sales, customer satisfaction).

  • You are the link between clients, technical teams, and sales teams.

  • You raise awareness among internal teams about digital challenges while being proactive in optimizing processes and user experience.

What we offer you?

  • The opportunity to participate in the creation and deployment of an innovative digital product with high impact.

  • To be at the heart of the Group's digital transformation.

  • To work on concrete issues related to land use planning and risk management.

  • To benefit from significant autonomy and a strategic role in product development.

Your Profile

  • A graduate degree (Bac+5) (Engineering, Business, or University) with a specialization in digital or innovation.

  • You have 3 to 7 years of confirmed experience as a Product Manager, ideally on a SaaS product.

  • Curious, rigorous, and attracted to high-impact field innovation, you ideally have knowledge of the construction, civil engineering, or land development sector.

  • Possessing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of autonomy, you master the management of digital products (roadmap, MVP, iterations) and have a real ability to simplify complex technical or data-related subjects.

  • Your business acumen and results-orientation enable you to structure a high-performing offering, while your interpersonal skills make you a natural leader for cross-functional work with diverse profiles (engineers, developers, sales).

The qualities that will lead to your success

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for a friendly, communicative, and field-oriented individual. You enjoy meeting clients, understanding their challenges, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Curious and proactive, you don't stay behind your desk: you naturally take the initiative to engage with users to identify barriers to platform adoption and gather field feedback.

Thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills, you are as comfortable with clients as you are with internal teams or management committee members. You know how to listen, persuade, rally, and transform expressed needs into concrete improvement ideas for the product.

Your ability to bridge the gap between market expectations, business objectives, and technical teams will be a key factor for success in this role.

Your Benefits

  • Performance bonus

  • Holiday bonus

  • Company car

  • Meal vouchers

  • Remote work up to 2 days per week

  • RDOs (8 to 12 days/year)

  • Profit-sharing and gain-sharing

  • Employee share ownership

  • Family health insurance

  • Provident fund

  • Dynamic training plan

  • Internal mobility
