• You prepare and participate in both hot and cold dishes
• You ensure smooth mise-en-place and service
• You supervise hygiene and food safety according to HACCP guidelines
• You collaborate with colleagues in a well-organized kitchen
• You contribute to the daily preparation of healthy meals for patients and staff
ProfileWhat do we ask?
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen organization is required
• You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
• Smooth communication and stress resistance are essential
• You have a passion for cooking and organization
