For our main kitchen, we are looking for a Saucier (m/w) - Chef de Partie from summer 2026 or upon agreement. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. He/she should also be familiar with the preparation of sauces, soups, and other culinary delights. In addition, he/she should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests in German and English.
