• £27,000 per year

• 40-hour contractual week

• Paid overtime for additional hours

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and smooth service.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Managing your section confidently during busy service

• Assisting with daily prep and supporting the wider kitchen team

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness

• Supporting stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation

• Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and specials

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• A positive, reliable and organised approach

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining consistency

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality cooking
