Sous Chef (m/w)
Job description
We are looking for a Sous Chef (m/f) for the winter season 2025/26. Responsibilities include preparing meals for à la carte and half-board, staff catering, banquets/groups, responsible for assigned post, mise-en-place work, cleaning of working area, correct storage of food products. Collaboration in a small, sympathetic team with flat hierarchies and short communication channels. Modern and fair employment conditions. If needed, assistance in finding accommodation.
