Chef de Partie (m/f)

Due to illness-related absences, we are looking for committed support in the kitchen area immediately (September to October):

Chef de Partie (60-100%)

• Management of the assigned station in the kitchen

• Professional preparation of dishes

• Ensuring the good taste and quality of the dishes

• Clean and efficient work organization of the assigned station

• Coordination of workflows with other stations

• Assisting in monitoring stock levels

• Guiding assigned employees

• Young, motivated kitchen management with international experience

• Interesting and varied working environment

• New, modern infrastructure

• The opportunity to provide creative input

• If needed, accommodation is available on or near the premises

• Work location at one of the most beautiful alpine passes in Switzerland

• Fixed days off if desired
