• Leading your own station with all related responsibilities
• Preparation and presentation of dishes according to specifications
• Checking and storing orders according to specifications
• Responsibility for the kitchen area in the absence of the kitchen manager
• Cleaning and checking cold stores and goods
• Quality assurance (tasting, checking shelf life, etc.)
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order of the station
• Carrying out all cleaning work in the kitchen area as required
• Shared responsibility for ordering food in the kitchen area in consultation with the respective supervisor
• Responsibility for reporting repairs and their control in the kitchen area to the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
• Filling out various checklists in the kitchen area, e.g., temperature control, incoming goods control
• Assisting in the creative development of new dishes and food plans
• Participating in product presentations and roadshows, as well as working at caterings and various events
