Position What you will be responsible for: - Managing your assigned station - Coordinating Demi and Commis activities, contributing to their growth and training - Ensuring that all procedures and safety measures are respected in matters of hygiene and safety Requirements What we are looking for: - Diploma in tourism/hotel management - Experience in the role of at least 2/3 years, preferably in the context of starred or high-end restaurants - Ability to coordinate team actions - Overseas experiences will be considered a plus.
