La Casa degli Spiriti is a Luxury Location specializing in Fine Dining with a gourmet restaurant that is a leader in the Lake Garda area for the Wedding & Events segment. With over 30 years of activity, it is now seeking and selecting a chef de partie to join the team.

We are looking for a young and ambitious individual to become part of our kitchen brigade at La Casa degli Spiriti Restaurant in Costermano sul Garda.

La Casa degli Spiriti restaurant offers two types of service: Fine Dining at the gourmet restaurant and à la carte service at the Spiritino Osteria restaurant. Responsibilities

Ability to organize the assigned station in collaboration with commis de range

Immediate availability, shared accommodation, ambition, and determination

Required Qualifications

nr 1 Chef de Partie

Team communication skills, work experience in similar stations, seriousness, and respect are required

Requirements:

Characteristics and skills required:

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Good communication skills
• Good teamwork skills

Professional Experience:

• Experience as a chef de partie in hotel facilities or restaurants

Required Education:

• High school diploma in hospitality

Main activities and duties:

• Food and beverage service
• Preparation of mise en place
• Cleaning and self-esteem
