Chef de Partie

Join the award-winning kitchen brigade at one of Inverness’s finest 4* hotels, set on the banks of the River Ness. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional modern Scottish cuisine using the Highlands’ finest seasonal produce.

The Role

- Full-time, permanent contract

- 5 days out of 7 (straight shifts, mix of early & late)

- Run your own section with autonomy and creativity

- Prepare à la carte, tasting menus, afternoon teas and events for up to 120 covers

- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, stock control and presentation

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP in a quality fresh-food kitchen (rosette/4* standard preferred)

- Strong knowledge of classical and modern techniques

- Calm under pressure, excellent team player

- Passion for local, sustainable ingredients

- Level 2 Food Safety (or willing to obtain)

What We Offer

- Salary: £33,000 per annum

- Service charge: typically £4,000–£6,000 p.a. (paid monthly)
