Job description
The Relais Il Falconiere structure is looking, for the 2026 season, for a figure of Chef de Partie.
Within the starred restaurant, the identified resource will be responsible, with precision, dedication and attention to detail, for the following activities :
− execution of one's own station
− selection of ingredients respecting quality standards established
− measuring doses according to procedures provided
− checking the peculiarity and presentation of various dishes
