Your day to day InterContinental Wellington is seeking a talented Chef de Partie with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for cooking! Key Responsibilities. You'll have the ability to provide innovative, authentic and exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. You'll ensure the smooth and efficient running of your section, delivering food to the highest standards. You'll assist in menu development and take ownership of your section. You'll be part of a team, working closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless service. You'll be passionate about your career and a great team player. What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding food quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
