Our 57° Grill team is looking for a Chef de partie (H/F) to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other chefs to create innovative and visually appealing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your main responsibilities will include: • Preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and presentation guidelines; • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations; • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones; • Ensuring that all dishes are presented in an appealing manner and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
