Job Summary The Partie (Confectionery) is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats in our confectionery department. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and present a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats according to recipes and presentation standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of the confectionery department. • Develop and maintain knowledge of new trends, products, and techniques in the bakery and confectionery industry. • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and performance. Job Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume bakery or confectionery environment. • Strong understanding of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
