This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney. Ordinary working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, however some flexibility to work outside these hours may be required. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.
