Chef de Partie - Central Cafe

We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Central Café team.

About the opportunity

Joining our Head Chef Dolman and passionate kitchen team, this unique and highly sought after opportunity as an experienced Chef de Partie will see you work in a fast paced kitchen in a bustling and fun venue. You will take responsibility and ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared in accordance with standard recipes, and assist other sections and juniors in the kitchen. As our kitchen operates into the early hours of the morning, flexibility and a willingness to work late night shifts are essential.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge working in a similar kitchen environment, with the ability to handle fast-paced services. You will have fantastic presentation skills and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to providing extraordinary customer service. You will also possess the relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
