Chef de Partie - Bluebird Restaurant

We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join us at Bluebird! Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Oversee assigned section
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members

What You Have:

• Previous culinary experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Flexible schedule required
