Your focus:

• Responsibility for the respective station

• Preparation and plating of all dishes

• Pre-production for à la carte dishes and banquets

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area

• Ensuring proper and hygienic storage of food

• Maintenance/care of kitchen equipment and accessories
