Ali Spa Ali Professional Divisione Lifestyle, for an elegant 4-star Hotel located in the city center of Milan, Duomo area, and for a refined 4-star Hotel in Fulvio Testi: two figures of Chef de Partie. On the Structures: Exclusive 4-star Hotels located in strategic positions on the city of Milan: the first directly on Piazza del Duomo and the second in Viale Fulvio Testi. They offer elegant rooms and suites with a contemporary design, charming apartments, restaurants and bars, as well as modern structures for events and a fitness center. Responsibilities: - Complete management and impeccable preparation of first and second courses for our lunch and dinner services, ensuring extremely high-quality standards. - Active support in organizing and realizing exclusive tasting evenings and special events, contributing to creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests. - Synergistic and collaborative work in the team with other members of the brigade, guaranteeing a fluid, efficient, and high-quality service at every stage. What we are looking for: - Proven previous experience as Head Chef or, alternatively, solid experience as Commis de Cuisine with a strong desire for growth and responsibility. - Availability to work 40 hours weekly, 8 hours a day for 5 days (2 rest days) distributed on single and split shifts. - Deep attention to details, which translates into carefully prepared dishes and impeccable presentations, and genuine passion for culinary art, combined with the desire to innovate and improve constantly.
