Your missions As an Accounting Team Leader, you are a true pillar of the firm. You are involved in both managing your client portfolio and supporting your team. Portfolio Management - Manage a diverse client portfolio autonomously
- Supervise accounting and tax work carried out by the team
- Guarantee the reliability of balance sheets and tax returns
- Support your clients in their strategic issues and decision-making Management & Technical Expertise - Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2 collaborators
- Organize and plan activities to ensure smooth file management
- Supervise work and ensure rigorous quality control
- Actively participate in process improvement and meeting deadlines
- Act as a technical reference and liaison for the team
