You're looking for a job that combines technology, management, and agriculture? Located between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Bay at Saint-Jean-d'Illac, our client, an exploitation of 1500 ha, is seeking its/their Line Chef for Washing & Sorting!

Schedule: Immediate start until April 10. After a one-month break, restart on May 15 to mid-August (or more!). Your Mission at the Heart of Production
Under the responsibility of team leaders, you are the guarantor of quality, from washing to optical sorting.
Your missions:
Lead the process: manage washing, cooling, and calibration to the point.
Manage human resources: accompany and supervise a team of 5 line operators.
Ensure excellence: monitor quality, respect QHSE standards, and track information digitally.
Tech reactivity: alert in case of malfunction and ensure good provisioning.
Organization & Work Rhythm
We are looking for a flexible colleague for a temporary contract:
Schedule: 2x8 hours - alternating between 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm.
Availability: Work every Saturday starting from May 15.
Flexibility: Base 35 hours with variable weeks according to activity (between 34 and 42 hours with overtime). Your Profile
You master the computer tool and ideally have experience in agro-food.
You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and good relationships.
Essential: B permit and personal vehicle required (the exploitation is located in rural areas, not served by public transportation).
