Chef de Laboratoire H/F

In order to accompany its development, Andros is seeking a CHEF DE LABORATOIRE H/F Reporting to the quality manager, you are responsible for the laboratory control reception fruits and raw materials and ensure the conformity of the quality of the fruits used in recipes. Your mission: * Manager, animate and grow your laboratory team (7 people); * Ensure the follow-up of the activity control at reception; * Qualify the quality of the received fruits in order to optimize the production process and guarantee the quality of the final products. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality control procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
