Site Manager

The EUROFIRMS agency in Nîmes is looking for a site manager (male/female) for one of its clients. Your missions As Site Manager GO, you will be responsible for: * Organizing, planning and supervising large-scale construction work on the site * Supervising worker teams and subcontractors * Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality * Guaranteeing safety on the site * Assuring communication with the project manager and other stakeholders * Participating in the preparation of the site's operational plan and budget * Monitoring and controlling the site's activities * Coordinating with the client and other parties involved * Ensuring the site's administrative and financial management * Managing the site's resources and equipment * Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards * Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company on the site. Vos compétences et expériences Les candidats doivent avoir : * Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la direction de chantiers de gros œuvre * Une solide connaissance des normes et réglementations en vigueur * Une capacité à gérer les équipes et les sous-traitants * Une bonne maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) * Connaissance des outils informatiques couramment utilisés dans le secteur de la construction. Votre formation Les candidats doivent avoir une formation en direction de chantiers ou en gestion de projet, ou être diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'administration.
