SNEF Centre-Val de Loire carries out electrical work in both industrial and tertiary environments, as well as HVAC maintenance and works. Our Tours and Blois agencies have 76 employees and currently generate a revenue of €11 million. To strengthen the activity of our LE MANS agency, we are looking for a: Electrical Site Manager Tertiary / Infrastructure M/F Your future missions You are responsible for the organization, execution, and monitoring of sites in an industrial environment entrusted to you, while respecting deadlines, budget, quality, and safety. Your missions consist of: - Managing the technical and human dimensions of the sites. - Ensuring client relations within the framework of ongoing and upcoming works. - Verifying the resources made available and organizing the work to complete the planned tasks within the deadlines. - Defining, organizing, and managing the resources (PPE, tools, etc.) necessary for the execution of the site. - Participating in site meetings. - Controlling the execution and quality of as-built plans (DOE / DIUO,) and participating in their updating. - Supervising production teams (internal resources, subcontractors,) and challenging them on site objectives (deadlines, production hours,). - Assisting with project costing. - Ensuring site reporting and progress status to your hierarchical manager. - Controlling the application of current QHSE rules and our company policy. Desired profile With a vocational or 2-year post-secondary degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electricity, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles in industry (aerospace, agri-food, petrochemical, other production lines,). Skilled in HT/BT, N1 or N2 and/or ATEX. For this responsible position, excellent technical mastery in the field of instrumentation, industrial electricity, HT/BT, and real commercial and managerial qualities are essential. Your rigor, your sense of organization, and your interpersonal skills will also be major assets in carrying out your missions.
