In charge of managing a profitable center, your role will be to ensure the proper functioning of the center as well as its profitability. A true ambassador for MIDAS, your daily concern will be to guarantee the satisfaction of your customers and employees. Thus, your missions will include: • Managing the center's operations and ensuring its financial performance; • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention; • Building strong relationships with customers and employees; • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement; • Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
