– Organize the activity of care and related services in accordance with the allocated resources, correlated with the care project, department project, and service project.
– Collaborate on the organization of continuity of care with other sectors of activities.
– Pilot own projects specific to your service (organizational, technical, technological).
– Implement the quality file and risk management in your service.
- Manage the para-medical team in a broad sense, recruit, train, accompany.
- Contribute to the evolution of professional practices and participate in institutional instances (COMEDIMS, CLIAS, CLUD…). With initial IDE training completed by an IBODE or IADE or Cadre diploma, you have significant experience in managing an operating room team, your ability to create a bond, federate teams, your sense of communication will allow you to succeed the challenge.
