As part of its growth, our client is looking for its future Chef d'Atelier (H/F) to lead an atelier. Your missions Attached to the Production Manager, you are the master controller ensuring the good functioning of the atelier and play a key role in animating an innovative process. A true conductor, your responsibilities cover notably: The management of a team of technicians and engineers; Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and machinery; Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality; Collaborating with the Production Manager to set goals and objectives for the atelier; Monitoring and controlling production costs; Analyzing and resolving problems related to production; Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You are expected to have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide your team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
