We are currently seeking two experienced and passionate Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidates will be creative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality Italian dishes while contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, including pizzas, pasta, and a variety of entrées, to a high standard
• Develop, plan, and update menu items in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Oversee food preparation and presentation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and high standards
• Monitor food costs and assist with budget control

• Minimum experience as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen (Italian cuisine experience preferred)
• Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
