The Broken Hill Hotel is currently seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Qualified Chef to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis . About the Role: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality meals consistently. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a chef in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan menus and estimate food and labour costs Order ingredients and supplies according to the menu plan Prepare and present dishes to a high standard Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and health and safety protocols Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
