Your Role
As a Butcher Manager, you are the linchpin of the workshop and the store. You combine professional knowledge with leadership and, together with your team, ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing, motivating, and coaching your team
• Creating the staff schedule aligned with the organization's needs
• Placing orders and managing inventory
• Closely collaborating with the regional manager for questions or improvements
• Maintaining an attractive, full, and orderly counter
• Cutting and processing meat according to the highest quality standards
• Overseeing order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the workshop
• Advising and assisting customers with their purchases
• Supporting colleagues (preparing daily specials, sandwiches, serving, packaging)
• Assisting with unloading deliveries
Profile• You are a trained butcher
• You are customer-oriented, friendly, and have a positive attitude
• You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality
• You are flexible and weekend work is not a problem for you
• You take initiative and have (preferably) experience in a leadership role
• You work accurately and attach great importance to hygiene
