Chef Analyses Biomédicales

We are looking for a Chef/fe in Biological Analysis for our client near Fribourg.CHEF/FE IN BIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS - Permanent PositionYour missions:Supervise technical domains of immunohematology, clinical chemistry, hemostasis as well as the analysis of urinary and blood gases.Collaborate closely with FAMH department heads from different sectors of analysis to assure the quality of biological samples and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Participate in the development of new analytical methods and techniques and contribute to the improvement of existing ones.Work in close collaboration with laboratory staff, including technicians, analysts, and scientists to provide high-quality results and support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Maintain accurate records of all analyses performed and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff as needed and contribute to the development of new skills and knowledge within the team.Work in accordance with established protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure the quality and integrity of biological samples and analytical results.Participate in internal and external quality control programs to ensure that all analyses are performed accurately and reliably.Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations and processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
