What will you do?

As a Regional Taxi driver at Transdev/Connexxion in Leusden and the surrounding area, you are much more than just a driver. You are the familiar face that greets your passengers with a smile every day. To them, you are not just a driver, but someone who ensures a pleasant and safe ride. A friendly word, a listening ear, or a helping hand – you make their journey a little bit more pleasant. Many of your passengers cannot travel independently due to a disability or age. You are their support and confidant on the road, so they can reach their destination without worries. Whether it's a family visit, a medical appointment, or day care, you take them to their destination safely and comfortably. With your patience and positive energy, you make every trip a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Because mobility doesn't stop after office hours, you also work in the evenings and on weekends. You ensure that your passengers can always count on you. During your shift, you stay in contact with your colleagues from dispatch via phone or the onboard system, so that everything runs smoothly and your passengers always arrive at their destination on time.

What we offer you:

You are social, patient, and have a great sense of responsibility. Working with people who depend on your service requires friendliness and a caring attitude. You find it important to contribute to the mobility of others and easily connect with your passengers.

You live in the Leusden area and have a B driving license with at least 1.5 years of driving experience. Additionally, you have a valid driver's card or are willing to obtain one through us. You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) without any problems. You are flexible in deployment and willing to work in the evenings and every other weekend.

Do you already possess a taxi pass? Then you will receive a €1,000 welcome bonus.

What do you bring?

As a driver at Transdev/Connexxion, you carry a lot of responsibility, with passengers relying on you for a safe journey to their destination. Additionally, we offer:

• Prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance;
• A gross hourly wage between €15.52 and €17.81;
• You work 0 to 40 hours per week;
• Occasional rest: 23 vacation days;
• Always in May: 8% holiday pay;
• Sustainable travel: an (electric) bicycle via Lease a Bike;
• We take care of now and later: pension according to Pension Fund Transport;
• Working in a schedule with shifts every other weekend.
