Picnic is looking for part-time or full-time drivers immediately!
What you get as a driver
- Hourly wage €9.98 (18 yrs) to €16.12 (21+ yrs) incl. holiday pay

Your role as a driver
- Start at the hub: load crates into your cart, check route & battery
- Deliver 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
- Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
- Drive back and finish the route, return your cart and grab a well-deserved snack
Your profile
- Driver's license B and at least 18 years old
- Positive energy, customer-oriented and responsible
- Fluent Dutch is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary
- Available 16-32 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
- Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes
Working hours - you choose
- Morning 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
- Afternoon/Evening 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30
Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job!). Can't make it after all? Swap up to 24 hours in advance with a colleague. We only ask for 6 fixed availability slots per week – you decide which ones.
