Your role consists in performing various civil engineering works (trenches, excavations, etc.) for different departments (tele distribution, public lighting, underground installations).
You will be required to intervene on construction sites in the provinces of Namur, Luxembourg, and Liège.
On site, you will use excavation and lifting equipment in existing pits (mini-pallets up to 5 tons or 10 tons depending on the department).
You will be expected to work at ground level: laying out, pulling underground cables, and placing pipes in trenches carried out for this purpose.
You will perform various finishing works (asphalt, paving) and you will be required to support your colleagues on site (ground-level work).
Profile
The chauffeur-manoeuvre H/F/X we are looking for must:
- be versatile
- ideally, have a background in electricity and mechanics/hydraulics (asset)
- ideally, hold the C and/or CE permit (asset)
- be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- possess VCA certification (bonus)
- be motivated and willing to work as part of a team
Offer
Our client offers you a full-time interim contract from Monday to Friday.
A commitment is possible after the interim period.
You will work 40 hours a week.
