Are you an experienced CE driver and want MORE than just transport?
At UPS Healthcare, you transport critical medical and pharmaceutical shipments that directly contribute to patient care. In this role, you combine craftsmanship with responsibility and work within one of the most specialized branches of logistics.

What will you do?

As a CE Driver at UPS Healthcare, you will transport high-quality medical and pharmaceutical shipments between distribution centers, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. You will work according to strict guidelines (including GDP – Good Distribution Practice), where quality, safety, and accuracy are paramount.

You will drive modern trailers and are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading the cargo. You will use aids such as a pallet truck or electric stair climber, but good physical condition remains important.

You will start your workday between 05:00 and 08:00 AM and perform both national and occasional international routes. You will primarily work day shifts from Monday to Friday. Overnight stays are limited / not applicable (adjust if necessary).

You are flexibly deployable on different routes, and we will of course take your preferences into account where possible.

What do we offer you?

• A salary up to € 3520.40 gross per month depending on your work experience. This is scale D of the TLN-CAO. You will be classified based on years of experience.
• You will transport critical pharmaceutical and medical shipments under strict GDP guidelines, where quality and traceability are essential.
• Overtime allowance of 130%
• Net subsistence allowance / coffee money of €100 – €125 per month
• 27.5 days of leave and 8% vacation pay
• Travel expenses allowance and pension scheme
• Discount on supplementary health insurance, bicycle scheme, and gym discount
• Option to buy or sell 4 days of leave
• Working hours in day shift (Monday to Friday)
• One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position in case of good performance
• Opportunity to specialize through training in healthcare logistics and GDP guidelines

What do you bring?

• A valid CE driving license and Code 95
• Good command of the Dutch or English language
• Sense of responsibility and a meticulous way of working
• Independence, flexibility, and reliability
• Physically and mentally in good condition
• Affinity with quality and safety standards
• Experience with conditioned or high-value transport is a plus
