Are you a customer-oriented driver with a C/CE license and want to work in a sector that truly matters? At UPS Healthcare, you play an important role in delivering critical medical and pharmaceutical shipments. You ensure that these arrive safely, on time, and according to strict quality standards for customers — making you an indispensable link in the healthcare chain.

What you will do

As a C/CE Driver at UPS Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up medical and healthcare shipments daily. You will work according to clear guidelines where care, reliability, and customer focus are central.

You will start your workday between 05:00 and 08:00 AM and drive routes with an average of approximately 10–15 stops per day. You will deliver to various customers, such as hospitals, healthcare institutions, businesses, and sometimes private addresses.

You are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading the goods. You will use tools such as a pallet jack, hand truck, or electric stair climber. Physical fitness remains important, as you will also have to lift yourself.

For questions or issues, the planning department is always available for you. At the end of your workday, you will unload your vehicle and ensure correct feedback.

Important: You enjoy variety in your work. You are willing to drive different vehicles (such as vans and box trucks) and on varying routes. Incidentally, this may also involve cross-border transport. Of course, your preferences will be taken into account where possible.

This package you will receive from us

• Salary according to the D-scale of the TLN-CAO, depending on experience
  (indication: €2,893.55 – €3,520.40 gross per month, excluding allowances)
• Overtime allowance of 130%
• Net living allowance / coffee money of €100 – €125 per month
• 27.5 vacation days and 8% holiday pay

• Option to buy or sell 4 vacation days
• Working hours during the day (Monday to Friday)
• Annual contract with a view to a permanent employment contract upon satisfactory performance

What you bring

• A valid C/CE driver's license and Code 95
• Good command of the Dutch or English language
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality

• Affinity with healthcare logistics or precise transport is a plus
