Description of the job The position requires a category C driving license with trailer, as well as solid experience in driving a delivery truck to perform deliveries at approximately 10 stops per day. This work is done during the day, with start times between 04:00 and 06:00. Responsibilities : • Perform merchandise deliveries on pallets to clients located in the Mons/La Louvière region. • Ensure approximately 10 delivery stops per day. • Verify the condition of the goods before loading them onto the truck. • Load the goods onto the truck, ensuring proper stacking and securing. • Drive the truck safely and efficiently, taking into account traffic conditions and road signs. • Unload the goods at each stop, using a pallet jack or other equipment as necessary. • Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule and deadlines. • Maintain accurate records of delivery times and any issues encountered during the day. • Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately. • Participate in regular meetings with the logistics team to discuss delivery schedules, traffic conditions, and other relevant information.
