As Chauffeur Afzet, you are responsible for transporting and placing delivery containers in the wide region. You will always leave early in the morning and be deployed to serve various customers in your area. For this purpose, you will be in close contact with the responsible person from Veolia, who will guide you through your entire deployment. After an internal training period, you can work independently. Your dispatcher will provide you with a clear daily schedule, so you know what you need to do. The job is varied, you will come into contact with different customers and various locations. You will join a small but tight team where you take on your responsibilities with pleasure
ProfileWhat do we expect from you?
• You possess a C/CE driving license. Experience as a driver is of course a plus.
• You possess a digital driver's card, medical certificate, and a certificate of vocational competence.
• You are willing to learn how to drive with a trailer on a long-term basis.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves, see work, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• You have good physical condition and work well in the open air.
• You possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are customer-friendly and flexible: the proud banner of Veolia. You are by nature a calm person who can maintain their composure under all circumstances.
• You have no problem with a changing schedule. You know you leave early in the morning, but deviating start times do not pose an issue. You have no problem with weekend work (one weekend out of three will be your working day). You can function perfectly alone, but form a strong link in the team. You are industrious, reliable, and meticulous.
